Dr. Adams and her staff are exceptional! They genuinely seem to care about your pet and want to provide them with exceptional care. Dr. Adams took the time to personally and patiently explain her evaluation, observations, treatment options, costs, and expected outcomes. She was transparent, honest, and compassionate every step of the way. Above all else, she treated our family dog like he was HER family dog! We love Carolinas Veterinary Care!!

We have brought our dog to Dr. Adams since March 2020. She has been extremely responsive and diagnosed a condition that was missed by a few former vets in other states. She changed my dog’s food and also treated an ear infection that would not go away. She returns phone calls promptly and we are thrilled with the care our dog has received.
I also love the groomer there who does an awesome job as well as the office staff who are always kind, responsive and great to work with. Finally, I must give them kudos for how they have dealt with visits during the Pandemic. Their protocols are safe and reasonable (park outside, call office, staff retrieves pet, vet calls to discuss issues on phone, etc.). I could not be happier that I found this clinic!

Staff is professional, very responsive, answers all questions and keeps client informed of care and charges. I just had my foster pup in for grooming. Amanda did a fantastic job, he was shedding something awful.. he came back to me with probably 90% less shedding!! I am beyond thrilled with Amanda’s grooming skills. I appreciate all staff there, Doctor Adams, front desk, techs, and groomers, they are caring and we will always take our pups to them.

As a first time pet owner, I didn’t know what to do or if I was doing anything right ☹️ I found this place online and I wouldn’t take my puppy anywhere else! The staff is super friendly, you can tell they are all pet lovers and at the same time they care about their customers as well and follow all guidelines with Covid. They respond quickly and follow up with you they are simply awesome!!

I just had my goldendoodle, who looked more like a bear with long bangs, groomed by Kristin. I do not know how she performed her artistry on my nervous, anxious baby. In the middle of her work, Oliver had at least 3 accidents she had to take care of & then proceed to make him look like a Grand Champion. The haircut she gave him is excellent, but even more than that, she worked with him with such patience & concern. It was my 1st time there, & I will certainly be trusting Carolina Veterinary Care with my baby in the future! Thank you so much

So glad I found this vet. They took excellent care of my guinea pigs, even during the Covid-19 quarantine period- they came to my car wearing masks to pick up and return my fur babies. Very professional and caring, I recommend them highly!!

I have a 1 year old Maltese puppy. He gets a little anxious. Dr. Fennel and staff have been amazing with him. I highly recommend Carolina veterinary care clinic. They definitely go above and beyond.
